Barton on Sea Golf Course
A friendly, welcoming private members’ club
A picturesque, challenging course with excellent service provided by their professionals and the clubhouse staff.
Founded in 1897, the current 27 holes, situated on the cliff top at Barton-on-Sea, are a combination of the original Harry Colt design (1932) and newer holes designed by J. Hamilton Stutt.
Members and visitors can enjoy golf all year round. As well as the lovely course, the elegant club house leaves you with stunning views over the Solent to the Needles at the Isle of Wight, and as far as Old Harry’s Rocks at Swanage. Relax with a drink at the bar, on the balcony, or enjoy fine dining in the luxurious restaurant. A picturesque, challenging course with excellent service.
For Visitors: Handicap certificates, whilst preferable, are not required to be shown before playing although visitors are expected to be capable players with knowledge of the rules and etiquette of golf.
